KSP Electronics Engineering Project Warranty
At KSP Electronics, we test all projects at multiple stages to ensure reliability and quality. Our testing process includes the following three stages:
- Firmware check
- After mounting on wood or acrylic sheet
- Final project output test before delivery
We dispatch the project only after it passes all three stages. If the customer faces any issues, they must inform us within 6 days of receiving the project. We are not responsible if additional components are added or for any physical damage to the project. While component malfunction is rare, it can occur during operation. In such cases, customers are requested to support us in resolving the issue through our debugging procedures.
Types of Issues
Firmware (or Coding Issues):
- Coding issues are extremely rare, as the code functions consistently based on conditions.
Hardware Issues:
- Hardware problems may arise, but the likelihood is less than 1%. We have procedures and support available to resolve such issues. If any issue occurs, the customer should contact KSP Electronics. We will diagnose the problem via phone or video call. If a specific component is damaged, we will ship the replacement part, and the customer should follow our guidelines to replace it. We also offer doorstep service if needed.
Free Service Covers:
- Power supply heating that causes issues
- Sensor failure (rare)
- Module failure (rare)
Issues Not Covered by Free Service:
- Battery discharge
- Problems due to lack of earthing (e.g., adaptor failure)
- Short circuits caused by improper handling (e.g., sensors or components touching)
- Damage due to water or liquid contact
- Tampering with microcontroller, sensors, modules, or components
- Modifications to the kit or project
Additional Support:
If the issue is not covered by free service, charges will apply. If the problem persists after our support, the customer must return the project/kit to our premises, with one-way courier charges paid by the customer. For recurring issues, the customer will need to visit KSP Electronics in person for resolution.
