Delivery & Return

At KSP Electronics, we partner with Shiprocket and trusted courier agencies to ensure reliable delivery across India.

Dispatch Times

• Standard stock items: Dispatched within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation.
• Custom-built projects & kits: Dispatched within 10–15 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM on weekdays (Monday–Saturday) are typically dispatched same day. Sunday orders are processed on Monday.

Delivery Time

We aim for delivery within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner and factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number.

Damaged Packaging on Arrival

If you receive a shipment with tampered or damaged packaging, refuse delivery and contact us at [email protected] or call +91 95504 21866 with your order reference number.

Same-Day Local Delivery — Hyderabad

Available for Hyderabad addresses via Rapido, Uber, or Porter. Orders must be confirmed before 2:00 PM IST. Delivery charges are borne by the customer. See our Same-Day Delivery T&C.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

• Product in original, undamaged packaging.
• Product unused with all tags, accessories, and components intact.
• Original invoice included with the return.

Custom-built and personalised items are non-returnable unless defective. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photographs.

Cancellation & Refund

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds for cancellations and approved returns are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Submit the Refund Request Form to initiate.
