Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop at kspelectronics.in, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Razorpay and Cashfree. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 95504 21866 to place an order manually.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history and save your addresses for faster future checkouts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options via Razorpay and Cashfree. Cash on Delivery is available for select orders in Hyderabad.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Same-day delivery is available for Hyderabad orders placed before 12 PM on working days. For other cities, standard delivery takes 2-5 business days via Shiprocket. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order at kspelectronics.shiprocket.co/tracking or on our order tracking page.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship pan-India through Shiprocket. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount. Check the cart page for current free shipping thresholds.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging and include all accessories. Customised project kits and opened software/firmware products are not returnable. See our full Refund & Returns Policy.

How do I request a refund?

Submit a refund request via our Refund Request Form or email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Do you offer 3D printer repair and servicing?

Yes. Our Hyderabad Store & Service Center at Uppal offers 3D printer repair, maintenance and calibration services for all major brands including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa and Elegoo. Call +91 95504 21866 to book a service appointment.

Can you help with final year engineering projects?

Absolutely. We offer ready-made final year project kits with complete source code, circuit diagrams and documentation for B.Tech, M.Tech and Diploma students. We also provide custom project development. Visit our Final Year Projects page or submit a project enquiry.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes, GST invoices are automatically generated for all orders. If you need a business invoice with your company GSTIN, enter it at checkout or contact us at [email protected] after placing your order.
