The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “KSP Electronics” individually and collectively refer to KSP Electronics, and the terms “Visitor”, “User”, or “You” refer to the users. KSP Electronics and its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

In no event shall KSP Electronics’ total liability to the User exceed the amount paid by the User to KSP Electronics related to the cause of action.

5. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

In no event shall KSP Electronics or any associated entities be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data) resulting from the use or inability to use the website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
