The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our” / “KSP Electronics” refer to KSP Electronics. The terms “Visitor”, “User”, or “You” refer to the users of this website. Please read these Terms carefully. By using kspelectronics.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page.

Part A — General Terms & Conditions

1. Use of Content

All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, or any combination thereof appearing on this site are properties either owned by or used under licence by KSP Electronics. The use of these properties or any other content on this site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited.

You may not sell or modify the content of this website or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written permission of KSP Electronics.

2. Acceptable Website Use

A) Security Rules
Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including:

  • Accessing data not intended for such user or logging into an account the user is not authorised to access.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network, or to breach security measures without authorisation.
  • Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including by submitting a virus, overloading, or crashing the website.
  • Sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions or advertising of products or services.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. KSP Electronics will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations.

B) General Rules
Visitors may not use the website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material that:

  • Could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Would infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of others.
  • Is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

3. Indemnity

The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KSP Electronics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, or damages whatsoever arising from their use of kspelectronics.in or their breach of these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

KSP Electronics and its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

  • The use of or inability to use the service.
  • The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.
  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any other matter relating to the service, including loss of profits or data.

In no event shall KSP Electronics’ total liability to the User exceed the amount paid by the User to KSP Electronics related to the cause of action.

5. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

In no event shall KSP Electronics or any associated entities be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data) resulting from the use or inability to use the website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.

Part B — Projects & Kits Orders

These terms apply to all orders for custom-built engineering projects and electronic kits placed through kspelectronics.in. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Ordering Process

  • All orders must be placed through kspelectronics.in.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for projects and kits. Full payment must be made online at checkout.
  • After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique order ID.

2. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is credited to our account, a second email will be sent confirming the payment and providing the expected delivery date for your project or kit.

3. Important Information

Before placing your order, please carefully review the Engineering Project Warranty page and the Precautions for Operating Projects & Kits page. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted all applicable terms.

4. Delivery Time

  • Custom projects and kits are dispatched within 10–15 business days from payment confirmation, depending on availability and preparation time.
  • Delays caused by the courier service are not the responsibility of KSP Electronics.
  • Courier charges are included in the project price.

5. Courier Service

We use standard courier services for cost optimisation. If you require expedited delivery, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Part C — Same-Day Local Delivery (Hyderabad)

KSP Electronics offers same-day delivery within select areas of Hyderabad, Telangana, subject to the terms below. By placing an order with same-day delivery, you agree to these conditions.

1. Service Availability

Same-day delivery is available exclusively within Hyderabad city limits. Availability is subject to pincode coverage, product stock, and delivery partner capacity on the date of order.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders must be placed and confirmed by 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the following business day.

3. Dispatch Timing

Orders confirmed before the cut-off are typically dispatched within 1–3 hours. Dispatch may be delayed due to high order volumes or unforeseen operational issues. KSP Electronics will notify you via SMS or WhatsApp if a delay occurs.

4. Order Confirmation

A same-day delivery order is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation SMS/email is sent. Pending or failed payments will not be eligible for same-day dispatch.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for same-day service are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order value, distance, and applicable promotions. Charges are non-refundable once dispatch is initiated.

6. Service Conditions

  • The delivery address must be within the serviceable Hyderabad area.
  • A valid mobile number must be provided for delivery coordination.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the package.
  • KSP Electronics reserves the right to cancel if the address cannot be verified or reached.

7. Non-Delivery Exceptions

  • Natural calamities, severe weather, or government-imposed restrictions.
  • Public holidays or bandhs affecting Hyderabad.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery partner unavailability or product out of stock after order placement.

In such cases, the order will be rescheduled for the next available business day. For a refund, contact support within 24 hours.

8. Liability Disclaimer

KSP Electronics shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Our liability for same-day delivery failures is limited to rescheduling or a full refund of the delivery charge.
