Warranty Policy
Every product sold by KSP Electronics undergoes quality testing before dispatch. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, limitations, and process for claiming warranty support.
1. Pre-Dispatch Testing
All products are tested for basic functionality before dispatch. Each unit is checked against its datasheet specifications to ensure it meets quality standards. Test results are logged internally.
2. Types of Issues
A. Firmware Issues
If your product exhibits a firmware-related issue (e.g., unexpected behaviour, failed communication protocol), we will provide firmware support, updated binaries, or flashing instructions at no charge, provided the issue is reproducible and not caused by user modification of the firmware.
B. Hardware Issues
Hardware defects present at the time of delivery (e.g., broken pins, non-functioning components, PCB defects) are covered under our warranty. Please report hardware issues within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs or a short video.
3. Free Service Covers
- Manufacturing defects identified within 7 days of delivery
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) products — replacement or full refund
- Firmware support and debugging assistance for original, unmodified firmware
- Technical guidance via email or WhatsApp for product setup
4. Not Covered Under Warranty
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, or overloading
- Physical damage from drops, liquid exposure, or mishandling
- Damage caused by soldering errors or improper circuit connections
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorised persons
- Normal wear and tear or consumable components
- Issues reported after 7 days of delivery (unless covered by a separate extended warranty)
5. How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Attach clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the defect
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps
Approved warranty claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
6. Additional Support
Even outside the warranty period, we offer paid repair and diagnostic services. Our technical team can also assist with circuit design queries, product integration, and troubleshooting via email or WhatsApp. We are committed to supporting you throughout your project.
