Shipping Policy
KSP Electronics exclusively partners with reputable courier agencies to ensure swift, reliable delivery across India. While our goal is to ship all items together, certain product characteristics or availability constraints may necessitate separate shipments. You will be notified beforehand if this occurs.
Dispatch Times
- Standard stock items: Dispatched within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation.
- Custom-built projects & kits: Dispatched within 10–15 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
We aim for delivery within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner’s processes, transit locations, and other factors beyond our control. We recommend planning your order well in advance rather than opting for last-minute orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number. Use these details to monitor your shipment in real time via the courier partner’s portal.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging on Arrival
If you receive a shipment with tampered or damaged packaging, refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care immediately at [email protected] or call +91 95504 21866, quoting your order reference number. We will promptly arrange a replacement delivery.
Separate Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels due to product size, weight, or availability. You will be notified if your order is split into separate shipments. Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. Plans for international expansion will be communicated on this page when available.
Same-Day Local Delivery (Hyderabad)
Same-day delivery is available for Hyderabad addresses via Rapido, Uber, or Porter. Orders must be placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM IST. Delivery charges are borne by the customer and vary based on distance and real-time fare. See our Same-Day Delivery Terms & Conditions for full details.
