At KSP Electronics™, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds on purchases made at kspelectronics.in.
Shipping Policies
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We will inform you before doing so.
If you believe the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care at +91 95504 21866 / +91 7460088206 or Contact Us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure a replacement delivery is made at the earliest.
You may track the shipping status of your order on our website via the Track Your Order section. All items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
Shipping Partners
We use Bluedart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
We can also ship through EMS Speed Post on special request to remote locations if our shipping partners do not have coverage. However, we cannot guarantee compliance with such requests, as each shipment is verified by the post office before acceptance.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship your order on the same day. 99% of orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 01:30 PM (except Sundays and Public Holidays).
- We endeavour to deliver within 2–5 days anywhere in India, though exact timelines depend on the courier partner.
- Please plan your order with sufficient lead time.
Guarantee / Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from manufacturing defects. Please notify us within the warranty period from the date of shipment if you have any issues.
You agree to pay for return shipping on exchanges and returns; we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect. We will replace or repair damaged products at no cost with return shipping prepaid by us. If the product is out of stock for replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. No warranty applies if the product has been misused, statically discharged, neglected, modified, soldered, or altered in any way.
To initiate an exchange, please send photos of the damaged product first. Our team will assess the damage and determine the best resolution.
100% Refund / Replacement
We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products as listed on the website. To protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, you have 2 days from the date of delivery to report a complaint. Please raise a ticket from the Support page.
Our technical team will verify the submitted details and issue an RMA number for the return. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the reported issue and send a replacement with shipping prepaid by us. If the product is out of stock, a 100% refund will be issued. No warranty applies if the product has been misused, modified, or altered in any way. KSP Electronics™ reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel your order, contact us by email only at [email protected] with your order number. Customer Service will respond within one business day. Only orders in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be altered or cancelled.
In some cases, order cancellation may attract a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used, as most payment gateway providers collect their commission even on cancelled and refunded orders. KSP Electronics™ reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm that the faulty item cannot be repaired, we will issue an RMA Number which must be clearly mentioned on the shipping box. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging itself.
- Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
- All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when connecting electrical components.
