Shipping Partners
We use Bluedart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket to ship our products to your destination as available during checkout and chosen by you.
Dispatch Times
- Standard stock items: Dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. 99% of orders ship same day.
- Custom-built projects & kits: Dispatched within 10–15 business days of payment confirmation.
We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 01:30 PM (except Sundays and Public Holidays). Customers can expect their orders between 3 PM – 10 PM.
Delivery Time
We aim for delivery within 2–5 business days across India. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and are beyond our control. Please plan your order with sufficient lead time.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You may also track your order via the Track Your Order section on our website.
Damaged Packaging on Arrival
If you receive a shipment with tampered or damaged packaging, refuse delivery and contact us at [email protected] or call +91 95504 21866 / +91 7460088206 with your order reference number.
Same-Day Local Delivery — Hyderabad
Available for Hyderabad addresses via Rapido, Uber, or Porter. Orders must be confirmed before 2:00 PM IST. Delivery charges are borne by the customer. See our Same-Day Delivery T&C.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 2 days of delivery for damage, item mismatch, or missing parts. Please raise a support ticket from the Support page with photos of the issue. An RMA number will be issued after verification.
- Product must be in original, undamaged packaging.
- Product must be unused with all tags, accessories, and components intact.
- Original invoice must be included with the return.
Custom-built and personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.

Cancellation & Refund
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Only orders in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be cancelled. Refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Submit the Refund Request Form to initiate.
