Same-day delivery is available for addresses within Hyderabad city limits and is subject to product availability and delivery partner availability.

Orders must be placed between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST to be eligible for local dispatch.

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off
To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM IST. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Local deliveries are dispatched between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST on working days.

After placing your order, our team will contact you within 20 minutes to confirm:

• Delivery eligibility

• Exact delivery charges

• Preferred delivery partner (Rapido, Uber, or Porter)
  Orders without confirmation will not be dispatched.

Delivery Charges
Local delivery is fulfilled via trusted third-party services (Rapido, Uber, Porter), and the entire delivery charge is paid by the customer. Charges vary based on distance and real-time fare.

Non-Delivery & Exceptions
We reserve the right to defer delivery if:

• No delivery partner is available

• Address is not serviceable

• Weather/traffic conditions pose a risk
