GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) Policy

KSP Electronics is a GST-registered business. This page provides information to help our business customers claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on purchases made from us.

2. Tax Invoices

A valid GST tax invoice is issued automatically for every order. The invoice includes our GSTIN, your billing details, HSN/SAC codes, applicable tax rates, and the total tax amount. Invoices are sent via email and are also available in your order account.

If you need your GSTIN added to the invoice, please enter it in the “GST Number” field during checkout, or contact us immediately after placing your order.

3. GSTR-1 Filing

We file our GSTR-1 (outward supplies) on a monthly basis. Your purchase invoices will appear in your GSTR-2B after our filing is processed. ITC is available once the invoice reflects in your GSTR-2B as per GST rules.

4. How to Claim ITC

• Ensure your GSTIN is correctly recorded on the invoice
• Verify the invoice in your GSTR-2B portal after our monthly GSTR-1 filing
• Reconcile with your purchase register and claim ITC in GSTR-3B
• Retain the original tax invoice as required under GST rules

5. ITC Eligibility

ITC eligibility depends on the end use of the goods. You may claim ITC if the goods are used or intended to be used in the course or furtherance of business. ITC cannot be claimed on goods used for personal consumption or for making exempt supplies.

KSP Electronics is not responsible for ITC claims denied due to incorrect GSTIN, mismatch in returns, or non-compliance at the buyer’s end.

6. Invoice Corrections

If you find an error in your invoice (wrong GSTIN, incorrect address, or tax amount), contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. Corrections beyond the current financial year may not be possible due to GST filing constraints.
