Please read the following terms carefully before confirming this service.
Installation and Setup
KSP Electronics will install the 3D printer at the client’s location, including unboxing, assembly, calibration, and initial setup to ensure the unit is fully operational upon handover.
Training Provided
Onsite training will be provided on printer operation, maintenance, slicing software usage, and basic troubleshooting to ensure the client’s team is confident in using the equipment.
Travel Expenses
All travel-related costs for KSP Electronics’ engineers (train fare, accommodation, local transport, and daily allowance) are included in the Travelling & Installation charges quoted separately. No additional travel charges will be raised post-delivery.
Support and Documentation
Technical support will be available for 7 days post-installation via phone/WhatsApp (+91 95504 21866) and email ([email protected]). All necessary documentation including user manual, warranty card, and calibration certificate will be provided at the time of installation.
Liability and Reporting
KSP Electronics’ liability is limited to the cost of the installation service. Any defects or issues arising from the installation must be reported within 24 hours of handover for prompt rectification at no additional cost.
Scheduling
Installation and training will be scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time, coordinated around the equipment’s delivery to the client’s location (AIIMS Jodhpur). The client will be informed at least 3 days in advance of the confirmed installation date.
Delay Notification
Either party must notify the other of any anticipated delays at least 2 working days in advance, after which a revised installation date will be mutually agreed upon.
Service Quality
KSP Electronics warrants that all installation and training services will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Scope
This installation service covers one (1) unit — comprising the 3D Printer, Wash & Cure Station, and associated accessories as listed in this quotation.
