    What This Service Includes

    Installation & Setup

    • Unboxing and physical inspection of the 3D printer

    • Mechanical assembly (if required)

    • Electrical connections and safety checks

    • Printer calibration and bed leveling

    • Initial test print to verify proper operation

    Training

    • Overview of printer functions and controls

    • Slicer software installation and configuration

    • Filament loading and handling

    • Routine maintenance guidelines

    • Basic troubleshooting and best practices

    Training can be provided onsite or remotely, depending on location and feasibility.

    Support & Coverage

    The 3D Printer Installation and Training service includes seven days of technical support after installation. During this period, users can seek guidance related to printer operation, settings, and basic issues. User manuals and reference documentation will also be provided.

    This service covers installation and training for one 3D printer unit only.

    Important Information

    • Travel, accommodation, and local conveyance costs for onsite service must be borne by the customer and will be billed separately.

    • Installation and training will be scheduled after printer delivery at a mutually convenient time.

    • Any service-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

    • KSPElectronics’ liability is strictly limited to the service charges paid.
