A1 Series Warranty Support Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient warranty process, please review the following guidelines.

Warranty Coverage

Proof of Purchase

Customers are required to retain their purchase receipt, invoice, or relevant documents. These will be necessary to validate any warranty claim. Only invoices issued by KSP Electronics or its authorized distributors will be accepted.

How to Request Warranty Support

Please include:

• Valid proof of purchase
• A clear description of the issue
• Supporting evidence (photos, videos, or log files, if applicable)

Returns & Inspection

All returns, replacements, or refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected at our designated warehouse. Products must be returned to the official address provided by support. Unauthorized returns may result in loss, for which the customer will be responsible.

Purchases via Resellers

If the product was purchased through a third-party seller or reseller, their respective return and replacement policies will apply.

Printer Packaging Guidelines

• Always use the original packaging for safe return.
• Improper packaging may void warranty or incur charges.
• KSP Electronics covers return shipping for warranty-related issues, but not damage caused by poor packaging.
• If original packaging is unavailable, use approved packaging materials.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• Product has manufacturing defects or functional issues
• Product is damaged during transit
• Product should be unused and in original condition
• Wrong product received

Repair Policy

Our support team is here to assist you with any product issues. We provide warranty repair if:

• The product is under the warranty period
• The issue is not caused by the user
• The failure is due to manufacturing defects or workmanship

Limited Warranty & Consumables

Some parts come with a limited warranty of 3 months from the date of delivery. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects within this period.

Consumable Parts

Consumables (wear-and-tear parts) do not have a warranty. However, they may be replaced only if a manufacturing defect is found and the printer is still under warranty. Replacement approval will be at company discretion.
