Terms & Conditions for Ordering KSP Electronics Projects/Kits

1. Ordering Process:
   • Customers must place orders through kspelectronics.in.
   • Cash on delivery is not available.
   • After selecting a project (adding to cart and checking out), customers must pay the full amount online.
   • Customers will receive a confirmation email with a unique ID after placing the order.
2. Payment Confirmation:
   • Once the payment is credited to our account, another email will be sent confirming the payment and providing the expected project delivery date.
3. Important Information:
   • Customers should carefully read all legal details, including warranty information, hardware and software issue policies, and precautions, before ordering.
   • To proceed with the order, customers must agree to the terms and conditions by checking the respective box. By checking the box, customers acknowledge that they accept all legal terms and conditions.
4. Delivery Time:
   • Each project/kit requires a certain amount of time for delivery, which can range from two to seven days depending on availability and preparation time.
   • Delays caused by the courier service are not the responsibility of KSP Electronics.
   • Courier charges are included in the project price.
5. Courier Service:
   • We typically use standard courier services for cost optimization. If a customer requires expedited delivery, additional charges will apply.
